  The source codes of the experiments are available to download here.

 Directory information:

 The experiments are implemented in Java using Pellet 2.3.1 and OWL API 3.4.3 with the Eclipse Development Environment.

  • The source code of the test data generated for the experiments is in the path: \sourcecodes\MRadon\src\edu\hh\yuz\mbe\debug\creation\obo\.

  • The source code of extracting the incoherent module is in the path: sourcecodes\MRadon\src\edu\hh\yuz\mbe\modue\.

  • The source code of computing Radon and ModuleRadon is in the path: sourcecodes\MRadon\src\edu\hh\yuz\mbe\debug\radon.

 Algorithm annotations:

  • Creation approach

     [1] "IncoherenceCreation.java" is designed to create the incoherent biological ontology.

  • Extraction approach

     [2] "ExtractModuleFromOxOnto.java" is provided to extract the incoherent modules from the incoherent biological ontology.

  • Radon algorithm

     [3] "RadonDebugging.java" is provided to compute the MinAs by using the Radon algorithm.

  • ModuleRadon algorithm

     [4] "ModuleRadonDebugging.java" is provided to compute the MinAs using the ModuleRadon algorithm based on the extracted incoherent module.
